About
Mirabelle is a notebook for PCOS/PMOS. It keeps what you notice day to day, shows what tends to go together, and turns it into one page you can take to an appointment.
Why it exists
Most PCOS apps are built around weight, diets and fertility windows. Many people with PCOS/PMOS want something else: a clear record of how they actually feel, their cycles as plain numbers, and something useful to show a doctor. Mirabelle is that, and only that.
What it won't do
- Ask for your weight, or show calories or diets.
- Forecast periods or fertile days. With cycles that vary, forecasts mislead.
- Give scores, streaks, or labels like "irregular". You get numbers and dates.
- Tell you what a pattern means. It shows what went together; you and your doctor decide what it's worth.
- Collect your notes. There's no account and no analytics. See the privacy policy.
How the wording is checked
Anything medical in the app follows the 2023 international evidence-based guideline for PCOS and the 2026 consensus that renamed it PMOS, with every fact tied to a source. Mirabelle records what you notice; it doesn't diagnose or give medical advice.
How it's paid for
Logging, reminders, the last 30 days of trends and the on-screen summary are free for as long as you use it. Plus adds patterns, the summary as a PDF and longer views. No ads, and no selling data; there's none to sell.
Who makes it
Mirabelle's founder has had PCOS for many years and knows many others who have it too. It started from the same frustrations: appointments spent trying to remember months of symptoms, care and apps that came back to weight before anything else, and period forecasts that were always wrong.
It's made in Australia by TWONG TECH PTY LTD, an independent company, and shaped by the people who test it. If you'd like to be one of them, join the waitlist.
